Protect your family and your investment with a home maintenance subscription. Schedule your home evaluation and enroll you in our subscription service plan.  The basic plan includes approximately 24 hours of work, cleaning and servicing your home annually.  This includes: home evaluation, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, air filter replacement and dryer vent cleaning.  This bundled service plan has an annual value of $1250-2050.  All other projects will be individually estimated and completed, when you choose us.  We have a limited number of customers we can service, will you be one of them?

Subscription customers are our primary focus.  You become our priority.  Our aim is to solve your concerns.  As the seasons turn, we will be the boots on the ground, solving your problems.

During your home evaluation we will examine your home inside and out.  Looking at the interconnected systems that enable your home to shelter your family.  Identifying issues enables us to discuss the best way to resolve them.  The honey-do list that we all have, can also be discussed.  A prioritized project list is then formed, with a per project estimate, for your consideration.  You are in charge every step and your thoughts are required.  This process will be repeated year by year.

Gutters clog, filled with leaves, dirt, slime and other unsavory things.  Our annual gutter cleaning visit will improve the lifespan and operation of this critical system.

Moss and lichen eat and destroy concrete.  The amount of grime building up each season on concrete surfaces such as sidewalks and driveways can be shocking.  Our annual concrete cleaning visit will reduce the risk of falls, improve longevity and appearance.

Not all exterior walls should be pressure washed.  If yours can be, we will perform this task as well.

Central air systems require periodic filter replacement to enhance air quality and extend appliance life.  We will install ones you acquire or stock them prior to our filter replacement visit.

Regular vent cleaning reducing fire risk from lint clogs and extends appliance life.
